Delivery & Returns

To initiate a return, please report to us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. If your return request is authorised, we will not credit or exchange any item(s) until the condition of the returned product(s) has been inspected and approved by the Returns Department. Products that fail inspection upon return will be destroyed or returned at the cost of the customer. 

Returns for items ordered on prescription are not accepted unless the item is faulty/damaged, or there has been an error by The Country Clinic. For this reason, it is advisable to double-check all orders before payment.
